Puro-Air System | Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange the Puro-Air System within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
No refunds are available on the installation fee. Refund policies on replacement parts and bulbs may vary. Please contact us for more information on exchanges and refunds, and for policy exceptions.
